Assessment of the compliance of technological projects with the requirements of
international food safety standards

1. The service includes an expert assessment by a team of specialists, including a mandatory FHP technologist and an approved food safety management systems auditor, of the compliance of prepared projects (all parts) with the requirements of international food safety standards. The assessment includes a review of:
– assessment of production depending on the risk classification (IFS/BRC) and determination of the need for a clean area/areas with the construction of the relevant options for passing through the area.
– flow;
– wall, floor and ceiling coverings for compliance;
– availability of ventilation and air conditioning in places critical for ensuring safety;
– compliance of the sewage system;
– location of equipment and premises;
– availability of the necessary auxiliary premises;
– compliance with the requirements for sanitary filters depending on the type of products produced.
2. The compliance assessment includes the preparation of a detailed report containing the findings of the Team in terms of recommendations for the individual project parts to ensure the smooth implementation of the standards at a later stage.
3. In order to carry out the assessment, it is necessary to provide the individual parts of the project or the part for which an expert assessment is required.
4. The evaluation is carried out within a period of 3 working days from receipt of the assignment;
5. The value of the assessment is 0.025 of the project value, the value being specified for each project.
