TRAININGS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR

The trainings, which are aimed at organizations in the automotive sector, are conducted by Senior Assistant Professor Dr. Tsvetelin Georgiev. Since 2016, Senior Assistant Professor Dr. Tsvetelin Georgiev has conducted more than 40 trainings, with more than 450 delegates, amounting to more than 170 hours of practical training, using specific practical examples.

Topics include ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), IATF 16949: 2016 (Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in the Automotive Industry), customer specific requirements (CSR) and present in detail:

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Control Plan,
Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA),
Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA),
Statistical Process Control (SPC),
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP),
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and
8D Report & 5 Whys.

The first training was held in the fall „"Basic Tools in the Automotive Industry" in Sofia. The course consists of six main topics, divided into two sessions of three days each.
